JYJ - Get Out MV

I actually saw them perform this song at an event and then went looking for it. The MV was done very well. The dance was WOW and they are just heavenly. I love their attitude in this music video. A girl cheats on them with another man. She gets caught and she still lies about it. So you know, GET OUT! I was surprise to hear the F word in the lyrics but it's also a great little expression to show the feeling of the song. Love it and hope you guys love it too!

Weekly "Peace of Mind"

Each week, I will post something here on how to get a good night sleep. The economy is still down and a lot of people might still be quite stress over their finances and other problems. Sleep is very important to one's health so I hope with these little tips and suggestions, everyone can benefit from them. For a limited time only!

Intro:

In this fast paced world, we are often expected to focus our attention on many different tasks at once. Juggling the pressures of our work and home lives means that we have limited time to catch up on our rest. Furthermore, increasingly long day at work mean that we often end up out of synch with our natural body clock, perhaps snatching a late supper after working well into the night. Night owls may be forced to behave as larks, and larks to behave as owls. It is not surprising, given the demands placed on our time, that sleep quality suffers as a result. Many of us experience anxiety and stress, and these too have adverse effects on our sleep. We may find it difficult to wind down after a stressful day, and consequently lie awake for an hour or more, reviewing a list of unresolved problems. So hopefully, with the help of these tips and suggestions, we can all have a good night sleep and wake up energized, ready to face our next day's events!

.:. Tip #9 - unfinished business

At the back of your minds we all have a mental checklist of administrative chores that need doing, and some will be pressing. If you are nagged at bedtime by thoughts of all you have to do over the next few days, try doing some of the more routine chores after supper, such as writing thank you letters and paying bills, or just making lists of things to do. That way, you can go to bed knowing you've spent at least part of the evening constructively -- and perhaps those nagging worries will back off and let you sleep. .:.
